Celebration of Life
Event Planning Services

Our Celebration of Life Planning Package is designed for families who want experienced guidance without feeling overwhelmed.

We help you make thoughtful decisions, organize details, and will work with you to shape a ceremony that feels true to the person you’re honouring. Leave the logistics and the flow of the event to us.

Planning services begin at $2,950 + taxes

Each proposal is customized based on the family and group we are working with and may increase depending on the scope of the event. Once we schedule an initial consultation over the phone or virtually, we will build a custom quote for your consideration.

Our services include but are not limited to:

Planning & Guidance

  • An experienced Event Planner to lead you, every step of the planning process

  • Three virtual planning calls with your group to guide key decisions and timelines

  • A shared planning workbook including timeline, floor plan, and key decision tracking.

  • Email and text support throughout the planning process

  • Guidance with ceremony structure and the flow of the day

  • Complimentary guidance for your emcee or Master of Ceremonies

  • A Best Practices guide for speakers

Design & Logistics

  • A custom floor plan created specifically for your event

  • A comprehensive event timeline created and shared with vendors in advance of the event day

  • Use of the New Narrative Decor and Tech Kits with supplies, adaptors, and tech components

Event Day Coordination

  • Full day-of coordination to ensure everything flows smoothly (up to 8 hours onsite) from your Event Planner and one Event Assistant. We will always be the first ones in the room and the last to leave, after all vendors have cleaned up

  • Help with setup of decor and personal mementos as needed and desired

  • Vendor coordination and full on-site management of setup, execution, and clean-up

  • New Narrative will act as the technical managers for all event day media, ensuring a seamless operation of elements

  • We will capture photos on site for you and your family as a record of the day

Post-Event File Sharing

  • Post-event digital wrap-up, including access to ceremony recordings, media files, and keepsake materials.

  • Assistance with settling invoices, following up with key vendors, and thank you note templates
