Two virtual planning calls to guide you through key decisions
A dedicated Event Planner onsite for up to 8 hours
Basic timeline + custom floor plan

Review and playback support for client-supplied media so that everyone
Email and text support during the planning
Use of the New Narrative Decor Kit on event day
Full day-of coordination to ensure everything flows smoothly (up to 8 hours on site)
Post-event clean-up support and digital file wrap-up

Vendor coordination with up to five vendors
Full AV management, slideshow management, and playlist assembly
