Christina and her team helped us put on the greatest Celebration of Life we ever could have imagined. Our mom would have absolutely loved it. If you're considering hiring New Narrative, do it. My siblings and I live in completely different parts of Canada, and none of us lives in Vancouver. All communication was done through emails and Zoom calls. Christina made herself available around the clock, in different time zones, seven days a week. She was incredibly sensitive and responsive to every request. My siblings and I give her a solid 12 out of 10.

Hiring Christina was the best decision we could have ever made. She took care of so many details which allowed us to be present on the day. She also saved us a ton of money and time on items like printing that turned out to be more complicated than we thought. I would 100% recommend her.

Christina did a phenomenal job to ensure that tight deadlines were met. The event could not have gone any better — everything from the planning phases, set-up, the event itself, and takedown went very smoothly.

Grief is hard enough without having to plan a meaningful event on top of it. New Narrative helped my family pull together a hybrid event in less than two weeks — which was then delayed by snow. Christina took it all in stride, and provided peace of mind knowing that she had it all under control. I cannot imagine doing this without her.

From the get-go her enthusiasm and warm spirit made us feel comfortable and heard. It felt like we could relax the moment after our first meeting. We had so many positive comments on the big day and were even able to leave and go to dinner the same evening knowing Christina was handling the tear down.

We knew that we wanted to have a very special occasion to tell Mom's story, and Christina really made it happen. She helped us stay focused on the things that were important to us about the day. We were able to be present and experience the event ourselves. I am brought to tears thinking about how special the day was.
